SHIPPING POLICY
- SHIPMENT DAYS ARE MONDAY AND FRIDAY ONLY!
- Payments are made using PayPal check out.
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping, unless otherwise specified.
- Please allow 24-48 BUSINESShours for your order to be processed and packed. All items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS,) and be delivered within approximately 2-3 BUSINESSdays with Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via PayPal to the email address provided with the purchase.
- S. Frank Beauty is NOTresponsible for any lostitems or damageditems.
- Please make sure your address is correct and updated! Make sure all apartment numbers and unit numbers are included.
- We are NOTresponsible for mistakes on addresses.
- If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.
RETURN POLICY
- We do not cover shipping fee on returned items.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise specified. All sales are final!
- For sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept returns on hair at all.
